Energy efficiency

Offering high-tech solutions focused on environmental protection and savings through the design, financing, and management of energy assets and the upgrading of energy systems.

Contract models

ENERGY SERVICE COMPANY MODEL (ESCo)

Cogeninfra operates as an ESCo, offering integrated solutions for energy efficiency. It handles the design, construction, and management of energy systems without requiring the client to bear any upfront investment costs. The economic return of the project is generated by the achieved energy savings, which are shared according to clear contractual agreements.

Benefits: no initial investment, reduced energy consumption, guaranteed performance.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE (O&M) SERVICES

Cogeninfra provides operation and maintenance services for energy plants to ensure long-term efficiency and reliability. The O&M approach includes continuous monitoring, preventive maintenance, and prompt corrective actions.

Benefits: optimized energy production, reduced failures, and maximized plant lifespan.

ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MODEL (EPC)

The EPC model allows Cogeninfra to provide a turnkey service from plant design and component procurement to construction and commissioning. The client receives a fully operational system, delivered on schedule, with all responsibilities managed by a single point of contact.

Benefits: integrated project management, reduced risks, and full compliance with time and budget targets.

PROJECT FINANCING

This model enables the development of large-scale energy projects through dedicated financial structures that combine private capital with shared risk between investors and promoters. Cogeninfra coordinates the entire process from financial planning to the operational management of the plant.

Benefits: access to financing without impacting the client’s balance sheet, risk sharing, and the ability to implement large-scale projects.
