Thanks to this transaction, Cogeninfra Italmotori is now the company responsible for maintaining Guascor Energy’s internal combustion engine cogeneration plants in Italy. The company will therefore become Guascor Energy’s authorised distributor in the country, consolidating the Spanish manufacturer’s position in the industrial engine market.
Since its foundation in 1966, Guascor Energy has become a global manufacturer of gas and diesel engines designed for power generation, cogeneration, waste conversion and marine use, in compliance with the most stringent environmental regulations.
Cogeninfra Italmotori, which joined Cogeninfra in 2023, has over two decades of experience in the maintenance of all types of industrial internal combustion engines. This was the most decisive factor in the operation, ensuring that Guascor Energy’s customers receive optimal service and avoiding any type of business interruption.According to Alessandro Badio, Managing
