PHOTOVOLTAIC

Saving for the environment: sustainability is synonymous with responsibility. Respect for the environment is about our present and our future

Thanks to Cogeninfra, it is possible to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and limit the environmental impact of production activities.

Photovoltaic systems provide electricity without creating damage to the ecosystem, through the inexhaustible and clean resource of the sun.

Reducing the demand for energy from fossil sources, participating in the reduction of climate-changing emissions and the energy transition.

The Company targets businesses that want to increase the production of renewable electricity virtually produced from the sun at no cost. Cogeninfra offers dedicated and customisable solutions available in three different contract formulas: ESCo, EPC and OPERATION & MAINTENANCE The company is responsible for managing the entire plant construction process: from feasibility study, consumption analysis, design and installation to testing and commissioning. A specialised technical team is responsible for arranging preventive maintenance and improvement interventions to ensure the performance of the plant over time.

Through the ESCo formula, the Company provides the implementation of the photovoltaic system. The customer spends nothing on the implementation, consumes the electricity produced by it and saves compared to the price of energy taken from the Grid. The contract has a term of up to a maximum of 10 years. It allows customers to have energy at a fixed and discounted price for the entire duration of the contract. It also operates under the EPC formula, which allows customers to have a single point of contact for all phases of implementing a turnkey photovoltaic system. The Company manages the entire plant construction process: from feasibility study, consumption analysis, design and installation to testing and commissioning. O&M services to ensure the operation and maintenance of the plant over time and have optimal performance created based on its needs. The monitoring system allows timely intervention in case of anomalies, minimizing downtime and lost production.

Case History

Takeda S.p.A

As part of the industrial expansion of its facilities, the company joined a large renewable energy project by installing its first photovoltaic system at the Cittaducale plant.
Plant surface area: 3,555 square metres
Plant power: 588.68 kWp
Plant made: on pitched roofs
Expected annual production: 618,114 kWh
ESCo Formula

ICS - System installed on pitched roof

Taking advantage of the incentives offered by the Energy Account for the production of renewable energy, ICS is investing in the renovation of its headquarters, replacing the roofing material and installing a photovoltaic system. Over the years, this investment has proven to be an excellent one, and the self-consumption of energy has reduced the plant’s consumption.

Client: ICS S.p.a. (Copiano – PV)
System power: 740.88 kWp
System surface area: 5,165 m²
System installed: on pitched roof following asbestos removal
Expected annual production: 745,183 kWh

IGD SIIQ - System installed on a barrel roof

The aim of the project was to analyse the electricity consumption of the shopping centre’s users and to design a latest-generation photovoltaic system based on this consumption in order to reduce withdrawals from the electricity grid and consequently consume most of the energy generated by the photovoltaic system.

Client: IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A.
System power: 273 kWp
System surface area: approximately 1,400 square metres
System installed: on the barrel roof of the shopping centre’s gallery
Expected annual production: 350,638.952 kWh
Roof renovation with adaptation to fire safety regulations

Tiscali - System installed on flat roof

Perfectly integrated into the Sa Illetta technology park, the photovoltaic system was installed on the flat roofs of the buildings and allows the high energy consumption of the Tiscali Campus to be limited, using all the renewable energy produced.

Client: Tiscali Italia S.p.A. (Cagliari)
System power: 398.48 kWp
System surface area: 1,980 m²
System installed: on the flat roof of the Tiscali Italia headquarters
Expected annual production: 558,669 kWh

Vigorplant - System installed on pitched roof

Taking advantage of the incentives offered by the Energy Account for the production of renewable energy, Vigorplant is investing in the renovation of its headquarters, replacing the roofing material and installing an integrated photovoltaic system. Over the years, this investment has proven to be an excellent one, and the self-consumption of energy has reduced the plant’s consumption.

Client: Vigorplant Italia s.r.l. (Fombio – LO)
System power: 309.12 kWp
System surface area: 2,092 m²
System installed: on pitched roof following asbestos removal
Expected annual production: 319,035 kWh
